How long has your clinic been around?
Our clinic has been around for 30 years. We provide both in-clinic as well as remote assessments and treatment.

Who performs the assessment?
The assessment will be done by Bob Gottfried PhD, an experienced therapist who specializes in neuro-cognitive rehabilitation, and has 25 years experience in treating ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities and cognitive impairments.
What ages do you assess and treat?
We assess and treat children ages 6 and up, as well as adults.
What does the consultation include?
The consultation includes an interview, and EEG assessment, a cognitive performance test for memory, concentration and other cognitive skills, summary and recommendations. See the most recent client reviews.
Do you offer remote assessments?
Yes, we offer online assessments including a comprehensive neuro-cognitive assessment used by clients form all over the world. Click here for remote assessment
How much does it cost?
The cost for the complete assessment is $495 plus HST.
Does the cost include a written report?
No. We used to charge $645 for the assessment including a report, but since most of our clients don’t need one (especially if they start our training program), we separated the cost to $395 for the actual assessment and $250 for the written report. You will, of course, receive a very thorough verbal report as part of the assessment process.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 6PM.
What kind of conditions do you treat?
We treat Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and various learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, Aspergers, central auditory processing disorders, sensory processing disorders, memory disorders, post concussion, head/brain injuries.
We also treat individuals suffering from memory and concentration problems related to injury or aging.
What kind of treatment programs do you offer?
We offer some of the best neuro-cognitive treatment programs available in the field; they can be done at your home using your own computer under our supervision. These programs are optional and separate from the assessment.
Are there any side effects?
No! We do not use medication or any invasive treatments. As a matter of fact, our treatment offers many side benefits including improvement in mood, behaviour, stress management, sleep and all aspects of learning and information processing, as well as increased self confidence and self esteem.
Do I (or my child) need to have a firm diagnosis before starting your program?
Not at all. In fact, we do not go by a diagnosis, but by the actual cognitive deficiencies when creating a training program. ADHD or LD are very broad labels and in order to create an effective treatment program, the specifics of the condition are far more important. We establish that during the assessment process.
How long does it take to see results?
In most cases 2-6 weeks. Some more complicated conditions may take longer.
Are the results permanent?
Yes, once the brain integrates the new changes they become permanent and there is no need to repeat any aspect of the program. See our testimonials here.
What’s so special about your program?
We currently offer the most comprehensive neuro-cognitive training program that can be done at home under our supervision. It covers the full cognitive spectrum, and most importantly knows how to automatically transfer the changes from the program to real life. Many other programs may seem as if they are treating the problem, but there is no actual transfer of skills. In fact, our program is so unique that we even received a patent on it.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No, we do not require a referral from your physician.
